In July 2026, Busoga Health Forum (BHF) and LWEGATECH formally commenced a new technology project following the signing of an agreement for the development of the BHF eLearning & Membership Management System.
As part of the project initiation process, the LWEGATECH team held a detailed engagement session with the BHF team at their headquarters in Jinja. The meeting provided an important opportunity to move beyond the written project requirements and gain a deeper understanding of how BHF operates, the people who will use the platform, existing workflows, current challenges, and the organization’s long-term vision.
These engagements are an important part of how we approach software development.
A successful system should not simply satisfy a list of technical requirements. It should reflect the organization’s actual processes and make everyday work easier for the people who will use it.
Through the discussions, our team gained valuable insights that will guide the design and development of a practical and user-friendly platform supporting eLearning, membership management, member engagement, administration, and organizational growth.
The project will provide BHF with a centralized digital platform through which learning activities and membership-related processes can be better managed, while creating a foundation that can continue evolving with the organization’s needs.
We appreciate the openness and collaboration of the Busoga Health Forum team during the engagement and look forward to working closely together throughout the development, testing, training, deployment, and support phases of the project.
Building Solutions Starts with Listening
At LWEGATECH, project implementation begins with understanding the environment in which the technology will operate.
Before we write a single line of code, we spend time understanding our client’s people, processes, and goals. That is how we build solutions that truly fit the organization’s needs – not just its technical requirements.
